We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Breakfast Attendant to help provide an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will prepare and maintain our complimentary hot breakfast buffet, assist guests with their needs, and keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and inviting. You'll play an important role in creating the positive first impression that sets the tone for our guests' stay. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent service, and can work efficiently during busy morning hours. Responsibilities Prepare, set up, and maintain the hot breakfast buffet, ensuring food is fresh, attractive, and properly stocked. Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service. Monitor food and beverage levels and replenish items throughout breakfast service. Assist with basic food preparation, including slicing, plating, and assembling breakfast items. Prepare and maintain coffee, juice, and other breakfast beverages. Keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and presentable throughout service. Clear and clean tables and assist guests as needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Safely operate kitchen equipment such as coffee makers, toasters, warming trays, and other small appliances. Properly store, handle, and rotate food according to food safety standards. Be attentive to guest dietary needs and questions regarding breakfast items. Wash dishes and utensils and maintain clean kitchen and service areas. Remove trash and maintain clean floors, counters, tables, and food service areas. Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service. Assist with additional hotel or meeting/event needs as requested. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, food service, restaurant, or customer service is preferred but not required. A friendly, positive attitude and genuine desire to help guests. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift, carry, and move supplies as needed. Basic math and cash-handling skills are helpful. Previous POS experience is a plus. Comfortable working with basic kitchen equipment; training will be provided as needed. Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed .
