Job Overview The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and monitoring the daily breakfast service to ensure guests receive a warm, welcoming, and high‑quality experience. This role supports the hotel's standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and efficiency while maintaining a well‑stocked and inviting breakfast area. Key Duties & Responsibilities Must be a Dependable Early Riser as shifts start promptly at 5AM Prepare and cook food for service utilizing a state of the art oven Set up and prepare the breakfast area according to brand standards, including food items, beverages, utensils, and equipment. Monitor food quality and freshness , replenishing items promptly to maintain a full and appealing presentation. Maintain cleanliness of all breakfast stations, dining tables, counters, and equipment throughout service. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines , including proper temperature checks and safe handling procedures. Greet guests warmly , assist with any breakfast needs, and ensure a positive dining experience. Restock supplies such as plates, cups, napkins, condiments, and packaged items. Operate, clean, and maintain breakfast equipment , including coffee machines, and warming units. Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service, storing food properly and completing closing tasks. Report inventory needs or equipment issues to management. Support overall hotel operations by maintaining a tidy workspace and assisting other departments when needed.
