Overview We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in providing guests with a warm, welcoming breakfast experience while ensuring the breakfast area is clean, organized, and fully stocked. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in restaurant, catering, or hotel settings is preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary and guest relations skills within a dynamic team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations Restock food and beverage items as needed to ensure availability for guests Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and portioning Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for guest transactions Busing tables and clearing dishes promptly to maintain a tidy dining environment Ensure food safety standards are followed during all food handling and preparation activities Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and addressing special dietary needs Support catering or banquet setups when required Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation Experience Candidates with prior experience in food service, hospitality, or related roles are preferred.

Relevant skills include:
