Duties Prepare and present breakfast offerings with attention to presentation and quality standards, including hot and cold items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, ensuring all surfaces, utensils, and equipment are sanitized according to food safety procedures. Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, ovens, and food warmers safely and efficiently. Assist with food preparation tasks while adhering to food handling safety protocols. Greet guests with friendly, attentive in-person customer service. Follow food safety management guidelines including proper storage, temperature control, and sanitizing procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Requirements Previous experience in restaurant or cafateria environments is highly desirable. Ability to handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy trays or boxes of supplies safely. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance. Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or flexible hours as needed in a fast-paced environment.
