Arrives for scheduled shifts on time and prepared for the day Enthusiastically welcomes and cares for all guests; striving to not only meet their needs, but to find ways to go above and beyond to create positive and memorable dining experiences Quickly and efficiently clears tables of all dishes and glassware, sanitizes all surfaces, and resets table according to restaurant standards Assists with ongoing service and bar sidework as needed, including but not limited to: Washing, polishing & restocking clean glassware Polishing and restocking clean flatware and dishes Refilling water pitchers and refiling guest water glasses Wiping down work surfaces as needed Cleaning up spills and broken glasses/dishes Restocking restrooms with appropriate supplies Refills ice bins Bringing full bus tubs to dish area and unloading for dish team Changing kegs Restocking product

Qualifications:

No prior experience required - this is an entry level position Able to follow directions and work well within a team Ability to communicate effectively in order to develop and maintain professional relationships with co-workers and guests Must possess role-appropriate time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and with consideration to guest needs

Physical Demands:

This position is very active and requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch consistently throughout an 8-10 hour work day Must have the ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
