Food Service Assistant Manager
Dorman College and Career Center
Qualifications:
Minimum one year experience in a food service program preferably within a school district
Knowledge of US Department of Agriculture and state guidelines for school food service programs and required paperwork
Knowledge of food service management systems and Point of Sale systems
Effective communication and organizational skills
Serv Safe or HACCP certification preferred
Experience in food service
Knowledge of food cost, labor cost, and inventory systems
Contract Length:
185 days
