Handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace during food setup and cleanup processes efficiently and safely. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for any guest transactions or special orders with accuracy. Follow food safety management protocols, including proper storage, cleaning, and sanitation of all kitchen and serving areas. Support catering or banquet setups when required, ensuring all dietary needs are met with precision and care. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling practices is essential. Experience with wine knowledge or barista skills is a plus but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems and basic food preparation techniques. Prior banquet or catering experience is beneficial; culinary experience or dietary aide background is advantageous.
