Duties Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring all food is presented attractively and meets quality standards. Assist with food preparation, including slicing, plating, and assembling breakfast dishes in accordance with safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment. Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations. Handle manual tasks such as weight handling when setting up buffet stations or restocking supplies. Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing friendly in-person customer service. Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety management standards and dietary guidelines. Restock breakfast items regularly to ensure availability throughout service hours. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service during busy periods such as catering or banquet events. Experience Candidates should bring a background in food service or hospitality, ideally with experience in fine dining or restaurant settings. Prior culinary experience—including food preparation, serving, and food handling—is highly valued. Experience working with POS systems and processing cash transactions is preferred. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, dietary accommodations, and catering operations will set you apart. A solid understanding of basic math skills for inventory management and transaction processing is important. Previous roles involving banquet or catering services will be advantageous.
