Serve meals and beverages in a friendly, respectful, and timely manner. Assist with meal plating, portioning, and tray preparation according to resident dietary requirements and established guidelines. Deliver meal trays and beverages to residents as assigned. Clear tables, collect meal trays, and assist with cleanup following meal service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout dining rooms, kitchen areas, and food service spaces. Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment as assigned. Stock supplies and assist with maintaining organized food service and storage areas. Follow food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and facility policies. Collaborate with dietary staff, nursing personnel, and other team members to provide a positive resident dining experience. Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous food service, restaurant, hospitality, dietary, or healthcare experience preferred, but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to work. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed. Commitment to maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.
