BREAKFAST ATTENDANT HOURS

•Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours 6AM - 10AM, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will play a key role in creating a positive atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Serve breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, while maintaining high standards of food presentation. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations throughout the breakfast service. Assist with the operation of POS systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable when necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food offerings. Skills Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Experience in guest services or similar roles is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, OpenTable) is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries or reservations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic cooking skills are advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
