Job Summary:

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the breakfast area to ensure a high-quality guest experience. This role involves interacting with guests, replenishing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all breakfast service meets Hilton brand standards. The Breakfast Attendant plays a key part in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests to start their day.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and set up the breakfast area in accordance with Home2 Suites and Hilton standards. Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner and assist with any breakfast-related questions or requests. Ensure all food and beverages are fresh, stocked, and presented attractively. Monitor and replenish buffet items throughout breakfast service. Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas, dining room, counters, and tables during and after service. Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance needs. Handle food safely, following all health and sanitation regulations. Restock supplies and assist with inventory management. Assist with light food prep and cleaning kitchen appliances, if needed. Provide a positive and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food handling knowledge preferred (food handler's permit may be required by local laws).

Physical Requirements:
