Kitchen/Busser Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Kitchen/Busser to support our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, ensure timely bussing of tables, and help with basic kitchen duties. This role is essential for providing guests with a seamless dining experience and supporting our culinary team. Duties Bussing tables promptly to clear dishes, glassware, and utensils after guests leave. Setting tables according to restaurant standards, including arranging silverware, glassware, and table linens. Assisting with manual handling tasks related to moving supplies, dishes, or cleaning equipment. Supporting kitchen staff with basic food prep or cleanup as needed. Maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Assisting servers during busy periods to ensure efficient service flow. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail in table setting and cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
