Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays and replenishing items as needed Maintain cleanliness of all food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays Handle manual tasks such as lifting food trays and restocking supplies while adhering to weight handling safety guidelines Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems and assist guests with their orders in person Uphold food safety management practices by following proper food handling protocols and sanitation procedures at all times Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining, food preparation, or restaurant service is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations Experience with operating kitchen equipment and manual handling techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory Familiarity with wine knowledge or catering experience is a plus but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to start each day with energy and enthusiasm!
