Position Summary:

Assist Servers and Bartenders in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to restaurant specifications, courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment. Stock all wares and equipment needed for service. Why we love working at

Required:

Ability to obtain a Washington State Food Handlers Certification. Ability to obtain a Washington State MAST/alcohol education certificate. Ability to obtain Class 12 MAST Permit for alcoholic beverage program management (management positions only). Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Computerized P.O.S. Systems and MS Office programs. Food Safety Certification. Certification in alcohol awareness program. Certification of previous training in liquor, wine, and food service. Certification in C.P.R. Customer service training. Ability to communicate in a second language.

Anticipate and understand guests' service needs. Be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guests within any given period of time. Exert strong physical effort in transporting supplies from the storeroom to restaurant and transporting trays of equipment, food, and beverages to/from dining room.
