Duties Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and ready for service Serve breakfast items with friendly, attentive in-person customer service, creating a positive guest experience Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, buffet stations, kitchen equipment, and food prep zones according to food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food handling and preparation tasks, including slicing, plating, and portioning food items Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to manual handling guidelines and weight handling protocols Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems when applicable Follow all food safety management practices to ensure compliance with health regulations and dietary requirements Skills Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace with care and precision Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment including warming trays, coffee machines, toasters, etc. Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing portion sizes Knowledge of wine or beverage service is a plus for enhancing guest experience Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to in-person interactions Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous for supporting large groups or special events Understanding of dietary restrictions and food handling best practices within the food industry Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms breakfast into an exceptional start to every guest's day!
