Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations with fresh food items, ensuring presentation is appealing and quantities are sufficient throughout service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning food prep areas, utensils, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety procedures Restock food items, beverages, and condiments promptly to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines, toasters, warming trays, and other small appliances Assist with food handling and preparation tasks under the guidance of culinary staff, adhering strictly to food safety management protocols Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems when handling guest payments or tips Provide friendly in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating dietary needs or special requests Experience Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly preferred Culinary experience or catering background will be advantageous in supporting food presentation and preparation tasks Food handling certification or knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures is essential for maintaining health standards Experience operating kitchen equipment such as coffee machines or warming trays is beneficial Customer service experience in hospitality settings, including banquet or catering roles, will help you excel in guest interactions Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently is desirable Knowledge of wine or beverage service can enhance the guest experience but is not mandatory Join us as a Breakfast Attendant and become an integral part of creating memorable mornings for our guests!
