Schedule :

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 1st shift : 6:00am Pay rate : $18.00 Job description: Cut and trim meat: Cut beef, poultry, pork, and other meat products according to customer specifications.

Debone and portion meat:

Remove bones, trim excess fat, and cut meat into the required sizes and portions.

Operate equipment:

Safely use knives, meat saws, grinders, and other meat-processing machinery as assigned.

Prepare and package products:

Weigh, sort, label, and package meat products according to production requirements.

Inspect product quality:

Check meat for proper cuts, portion sizes, appearance, and quality.

Follow food-safety procedures:

Maintain proper sanitation, handle raw meat safely, and follow company food-safety rules.

Clean the work area:

Wash and sanitize tools, equipment, and work surfaces.

Meet production goals:

Work efficiently to meet daily production targets while minimizing product waste.

Follow workplace safety rules:

Use required protective equipment and follow procedures for knives and machinery

Qualifications:

Stand for long periods. Work in a fast-paced, sometimes cold, environment. Handle, use, and maintain knives, saws, and other cutting equipment All new hires must complete a PW Employment Application at www.priorityworkforce.com.
