Job Description
Full-Time Meat Cutter Farmers Fresh Market is looking for a dependable, motivated Full-Time Meat Cutter to join our team. We take pride in providing our community with quality meats, exceptional customer service, and a clean, well-stocked department. If you're passionate about your craft and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Cut, trim, grind, and package a variety of fresh meats according to company standards. Prepare attractive, fresh displays while maintaining proper rotation and product quality. Assist customers with product recommendations, custom cuts, and special orders. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Work alongside department team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient daily operations. Qualifications Previous meat cutting experience preferred . Knowledge of various cuts of beef, pork, and poultry is a plus. Ability to safely operate meat processing equipment, including saws, grinders, slicers, and knives. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Friendly, dependable, and able to provide outstanding customer service. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Must be reliable and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
