Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Argentina Meat Market, Inc. seeks a Head Butcher in Miami, Florida. Will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing meat upon delivery. Cut, bone, trim, and grind pieces of meat cuts and products. Prepare meat cuts and products for distribution to retail location. Wrap, weigh, label, and price cuts of meat. Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature. Keep inventory of meat sales and order meat supplies. Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards. Participate in staff training. 12 months experience in job offered or as a Butcher.
