Overview Responsible for wrapping and labeling meat products, stocking display cases, and cleaning and sanitizing the meat department. Responsibilities Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine. Stock display cases and operate meat grinder. Clean and sanitize meat department, including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils. Restock supplies.
