Cut, trim, portion, and prepare fresh meat products to company standards and customer preferences. Prepare ground meats, oven-ready items, and value-added offerings; maintain food safety, sanitation, and storage standards; and support merchandising and customer service in the Meat & Seafood department. Responsibilities Cut, trim, portion, and prepare a variety of meat products according to standards and customer preferences. Break down sub-primals and use appropriate cut techniques to achieve expected yields. Prepare ground meats, oven-ready items, and value-added offerings using in-house recipes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper storage standards. Support product presentation, merchandising, and retail customer service.
