Job Description

We are looking for a Meat Cutter at Coon Creek Packing. WORKDAY Monday through Friday Overtime is available

RESPONSIBILITIES

Proficient in using a band saw to meet custom cut directions. Cutting, trimming, boning, grinding, and properly preparing meats. Wrap, count, separate, weigh, label, price, and display cuts of meat. Maintain a safe, sanitary, and clean working environment Operate all necessary equipment Other duties as assigned.
