Become an expert in whole animal butchery Physically available on a regular basis to work shifts anywhere from 8 am-8 pm with flexibility to work weekends and availability around our busy holiday time Participates in creating an atmosphere of outstanding hospitality by greeting customers enthusiastically and with a smile as they enter the shop and being an excellent teammate to your co-workers Work in a fast-paced environment with patience and kindness Positively respond to direction and requests for assistance from co-workers, supervisors, managers and guests Takes initiative to help any area of the shop if possible Assist customers in placing an order for a sandwich or salad Make beautiful food to specifications Learn about the specialty products we sell in our stores, including: Artisan cheese Cured meats Whole animal cuts of meat Pantry products (ie. oils, vinegars, pasta, etc) Assemble cheese and charcuterie trays as necessary Perform side work tasks to keep our shop humming. Answer the phone!
