Description Cut, trim, package, and prepare various meat products (beef, pork, poultry, specialty items). Maintain a clean, sanitary work area, including cutting surfaces, equipment, and display cases. Monitor product quality, freshness, and rotation to minimize waste and ensure safety. Provide excellent customer service, including answering product questions and fulfilling special requests. Operate and maintain equipment such as saws, grinders, slicers, scales, and knives. Follow allpany food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies. Assist with inventory tasks such as stocking, counting, and ordering. Properly label products with price, weight, and expiration information. Qualifications Prior meat cutting or butcher experience preferred, but training may be provided. Knowledge of meat types, cuts, and preparation techniques. Ability to safely use knives and cutting equipment. Strong attention to detail andmitment to food safety. Ability to work in cold environments and lift up to 80-100lbs. Good customer service andmunication skills. Ability to be trained to use forklift for truck unloading Pay is $16-20 DOE. Mon-Fri Full or Part time
