About the Job Reporting directly to the Processing Manager , the Meat Cutter role is a high‑visibility, high‑impact leadership role within the XXX Department at TFI USA. Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance of all company policies and procedures that pertain to the ongoing operation of the Meat Production facility
• Ensure execution of cleaning and sanitation practices that are in strict accordance with both Government regulation and TFI USA Meat Production policies and procedures
• Ensure proper Health & Safety practices are adhered to in an effort towards optimizing efficiency, work safety and food safety
• Actively participate in helping to create a team-oriented work environment such as providing support and assistance to all fellow team members as required
• Actively participate in the ongoing effort to improve business practices of the Meat Production facility
• Production of all fresh meat items including but not limited to cutting and trimming
• Participate in product distribution to Retail outlets
• Provide input and/or assistance as requested from Management team for various operational tasks such as inventory-taking and ordering of packaging, as well as any other requests that a team member is deemed capable of contributing to
• Any additional task set forth by the Production Manager Requirements/Education/Experience/Skills) (List per the Job Description)
• 2-4 years of experience in food manufacturing
• 1-2 years in Skills & Knowledge
• Strong skill with meat
• Experience with knives
• Must have a high sense of urgency / bias for action
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment

For New Jersey Salary/Compensation Range:

$21 to $28 an hour This range represents the expected base salary rate for this position. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and other factors. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

$21.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 per week
