Job Description

Uproot Meats is a farmer-owned pasture-raised pork business based in Southern Oregon. We raise pigs using rotational grazing and produce whole and half hogs, bulk pork, carnitas, fresh sausage, lechón, and other value-added products. Our retail home is La Fuente Market in Phoenix, Oregon, a farmer-run butcher shop, local food hub, kitchen, and community gathering space connecting local farms directly with customers.
