Direct Hire Meat Cutter
EUGENE, OR 97402
Job Description A meat cutter's job description includes cutting, trimming, and preparing meat for sale; including but not limited to: cutting/trimming meat to prepare for cooking, packaging and labeling products; weighing products; Requirements 2+ years experience in the professional meat cutting / butcher shop / deli industry. Must be able to complete a UA and 7 year criminal background check, Must be available for full-time work. Must have the ability to work within and around the freezer space and related equipment.
