About us This job is seasonal and will end in November/December. Full-time available for the right person afterwards. Chapel Ford Farm is a pasture-based farm in Gettysburg, Pa. We raise chickens, turkeys, lamb, and pork. All of our livestock are on pasture 24/7 and are either grass-fed or fed a local non-GMO diet. Chapel Ford Farm has an on-site USDA processing plant that is one of the only in the country that does red meat and poultry slaughter on-site and on a farm. This allows us to give our customers which include grocery stores, restaurants, hotels, and the general family, high-quality meat and a diverse selection of fresh meats.

Job Duties:

Working poultry evisceration line Cutting up whole chickens/turkeys into cuts Working red meat slaughter floor Packaging meat and weighing/labeling accordingly Cleaning and sanitizing facility at end of day daily

Pulling Wholesale Orders Making Sausage Making Bone Broth and Tallow Job Requirments:
