Job Description

We are in search of an

EXPERIENCED

Skilled

Retail
Meat Cutter for Ole Timey Meats. This will consist of the following responsibilities
Proficient use of a commercial grinder, bandsaw, sausage stuffer
Cutting and knife skills
Ability to predetermined recipes, ratios and processes.
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Must have leadership and communication skills as well as be able to work as a team
Must be a self starter and be able to work without constant supervision
Previous safety training ex: OSHA would be great but not required
Must be willing to obtain Food Manager Certifications and perform required continuing education classes.

protein fabrication and providing excellent customer service.

Must be able to talk to people and out going. Food preparation and kitchen experience is helpful but must have prior experience with meat production. We are in search of an individual looking to be a great long term asset to our team!

Full time schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 6pm
