Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and hard working Meat Cutter to join our team. The right candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of proper food handling and preparation techniques. As a Meat Cutter, you'll be responsible for cutting, trimming, packaging, and labeling a variety of meat products while ensuring all work meets strict food safety standards. This is a hands-on role that requires standing on your feet throughout the day and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. Duties Cut, trim, and prepare a wide range of meats to customer specifications Package and label meat products for display and sale Follow proper storage and handling procedures to ensure quality and safety Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed Provide excellent customer service with a focus on quality and detail Requirements Previous meat cutting or food industry experience preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Strong knife skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for long periods of time and lifting 50 lbs regularly Team-oriented with good communication and customer service skills Culinary training or background a plus
