What You'll Do As a butcher at Two Creek Farms LLC, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality cuts and products to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cutting and preparing beef, pork, lamb, and poultry with precision and care.
• Handling primals, subprimals, and whole carcass cuts.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to meet food safety standards.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficiency and quality in all processes.
• Upholding the standards of a state or USDA-inspected facility (experience in such facilities is a plus!). What We're Looking For We're seeking someone with:

• Familiarity with state or USDA-inspected facilities (preferred but not required).
