Akai Hana Sushi & Grill Goodyear is an authentic Japanese restaurant serving fresh sushi and traditional/new Japanese cuisine. We have an immediate opening for an experienced sushi chef/sushi helper. We prefer at least two years experience as sushi chef knowing basic fish breaking down technique, create different types of rolls, etc in fast and efficient manner.
