We take pride in serving high-quality, authentic sushi and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. [Responsibilities]

• Prepare a variety of sushi, sashimi, and rolls according to our recipes and standards.
• Manage food prep, including cutting fish, cooking rice, and preparing other ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized sushi bar and kitchen station.
• Monitor food stock and ensure freshness of all ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. [Qualifications / Requirements]
• Experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Helper (Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person).
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of food safety rules.
• Ability to work efficiently in a restaurant environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States. [Schedule & Shift Options] We offer flexible part-time scheduling and are looking for candidates who can work one of the following shift options. Sunday shifts will also be available/needed in the near future!

• Option A:

  Wednesday & Thursday (9.5 hours / day)

• Option B:

  Friday (10 hours) & Saturday (6.5 hours)
• Shift combinations and total hours are negotiable based on availability.
• Must be flexible and willing to work weekends (including Sundays in the future). [Location]
