FULL-TIME SOUS CHEF

with experience leading and training kitchen staff as well as being able to maintain costs and keep up our high standards. THE REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years of experience as a sous chef Able to handle high volume business with ease and communicate effectively Work an average of 50hrs a week Basic computer skills Experience with ordering product, inventory, scheduling Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
