Duties Prepare a variety of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with precision and artistry Make different kinds of sushi rolls Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station in accordance with food safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking Uphold all health and safety regulations to create a safe dining environment for guests and staff Requirements Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a fast-paced culinary setting Strong knowledge of sushi techniques, knife skills, and ingredient handling Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills Passion for Japanese cuisine and continuous learning in culinary arts Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in delivering exceptional sushi experiences that excite the palate!
