Ensure food production meets high-quality standards Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Manage kitchen inventory and ordering supplies Experience Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role Strong knowledge of kitchen management Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Familiarity with catering practices Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently Certification from a culinary school is a plus
