Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to lead our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and food service operations. Your expertise in fine dining, banquet services, and catering will ensure that every dish meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Responsibilities ensure efficient food production and service delivery Plan and develop diverse menus that cater to various dietary needs and enhance guest satisfaction Oversee food safety sanitizing procedures, proper food handling, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate procurement to optimize food costs and minimize waste Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and timely execution Supervise shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods while maintaining high-quality standards Implement food safety protocols and conduct regular training sessions on hygiene practices for all kitchen staff Requirements Proven experience in fine dining establishments with strong culinary skills and leadership abilities Extensive banquet experience along with catering expertise Supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment Knowledge of food production processes, menu planning, and inventory management Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures, health regulations, and kitchen safety standards Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment Strong background in food service management, cost control, and kitchen operations Excellent cooking skills across various cuisines with an emphasis on presentation and quality assurance Experience in managing large-scale events such as banquets or corporate functions is highly desirable Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff, oversee shift management, and ensure excellent customer service Join us as a Chef to bring your culinary passion to life! Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 32.0 per week
