We're looking for a chef who takes pride in exceptional food, consistency, presentation, leadership, and hospitality — and who wants to grow within a high-quality restaurant environment.THE OPPORTUNITY
- Support daily culinary operations and service
- Lead and mentor the kitchen team
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
- Oversee preparation, line execution and kitchen organization
- Assist with ordering, inventory and food-cost management
- Uphold high standards for sanitation and food safety
- Work closely with culinary leadership to continuously improve the operation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years of professional culinary experience required
- Previous Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, dependable and team-oriented
- High standards for food and execution
- A genuine passion for hospitality and developing people
