Manor House is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Executive Chef position. Our beautiful, gated community with casual and fine dining venues is located in Seaford, DE. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple venues and the food production staff. Creates new recipes and ensures the quality of food items. Responsible for building menus, ordering food and non-food items, and managing schedules that meet budgeted guidelines. Enforces all policies and food safety regulations. Coordinates the recruitment and retention efforts of the food production staff. Conducts regular production meetings to drive team member engagement.
