We are a high-volume seafood restaurant and market looking for someone who takes pride in quality, presentation, consistency, and speed. Position Responsibilities Prepare and serve sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other sushi menu items to Lobster Lady standards Complete daily sushi prep, including cutting fish, preparing vegetables, sauces, rice, and other ingredients Demonstrate strong and precise knife skills Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and consistency Properly handle, store, and rotate seafood and other perishable ingredients Keep the sushi station clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout service Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume environment Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams Stay at the sushi station and complete all required prep and closing duties before leaving Help maintain inventory and communicate when ingredients or supplies need to be replenished Follow Lobster Lady recipes, procedures, and quality standards
