Job Requirements:

Prepare food items according to the recipe or instructions provided. Working in other areas of the kitchen as assigned. Maintain cleanliness of facilities. Adhere to proper knife handling techniques. Report to station, ready to work at the time scheduled to begin. Operate each shift with a Sense of Urgency. Comply with standard food handling and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma / Culinary Arts Diploma Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields Knowledge of all kitchen equipment, small or large scale Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Must have STRONG leadership and communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Professional appearance and demeanor Serv-Safe Certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
