As a Sushi Chef at Zukku-san, you will play a pivotal role in creating exquisite sushi dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Craft a wide variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, with precision and artistry. Ensure each sushi dish meets our exacting standards for taste, texture, and visual appeal. Manage and maintain the freshness and quality of sushi ingredients used in the kitchen. Enforce rigorous sanitation and food safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized sushi station.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a sushi chef or in a similar setting. Owning your own knife set is preferred. In-depth knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, related ingredients/prep methods, and fish handling safetyprotocols. Exceptional knife skills and attention to detail. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Rate:

$23-$25/hr (based on experience) + average tip pool avg. +$6-$12/hr
