Pizza Chef Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of traditional Italian pizza-making, from hand-stretching dough to managing a wood-fired or stone oven. You'll be responsible for ensuring every pizza that leaves the kitchen is made with precision, consistency, and artistry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas according to our signature recipes and standards. Manage dough production, including mixing, proofing, and portioning. Operate and maintain pizza ovens (Gas brick oven.) Ensure proper inventory, rotation, and storage of ingredients. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workstation at all times. Collaborate with the kitchen team to refine recipes and develop specials. Ensure all dishes meet presentation and timing standards.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Pizza Chef in an Italian restaurant or pizzeria. Skilled in dough-making and oven operation. Strong understanding of Italian ingredients, sauces, and flavor pairings. Excellent time management and teamwork skills. Passion for high-quality food and guest satisfaction.

Bonus Skills:
