The Job:

Sous Chef The Sous Chef is a key part of the leadership team driving culinary excellence at Little Palm Island. As Sous Chef, you will assist the Executive Chef in continuing to build and develop the team consisting of an Executive Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, Executive Chef Rodrigo Albornoz, and 10-12 local and international line-level culinary associates (for whom employee housing is provided). You will partner with our Executive Chef, Rodrigo Albornoz in menu development and maintaining the culture and vision of the culinary program. Beyond that, you let your creative juices flow with specials, seasonal menus, Island buy-outs, Chef Tables in our state of the art, no expense spared, kitchen.
