Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook/Sous chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Italian dishes, learning and executing our menu under the guidance of the head chef, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. This role involves managing various aspects of the kitchen operations to ensure smooth daily functions and exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Learn the restaurant's menu thoroughly through training provided by the chef. Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes according to established recipes and standards. Assist in managing kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Italian cook or in a similar culinary role. Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Passion for food and dedication to quality.
