We are located on 399 Highland Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working. Responsibilities Oversee food safety handling and sanitation practices for kitchen staff Prepare dishes to customer preferences Plan and delegate food preparation and cooking tasks to the BOH team Train and develop cooks as needed Scheduling for BOH Menu development and planning Accountability of checklists for cleaning and temp checks; daily checklists Ensuring BOH is in proper uniform Qualifications Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills A keen eye for attention to hospitality and guest needs Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team Relevant food safety and handling certificate Relevant Kitchen Experience Management experience with staff of varying experience in a kitchen (Preferred) Experience as a Chef (Preferred) Here at Oliviana, we are a guest first experience with a passion for exceptional hospitality.
