We are looking for another chef to add to our rotation of chefs, typically Friday and Saturdays evenings (there may occasionally be some weekday / daytime opportunities). This position is perfect for a chef that retired or left the restaurant scene for a day-job but misses the creative outlet of cooking for others. It's easy and great side money - you set the menu, we shop, we clean up - all you have to do is show up & have a great time. It is important you are comfortable in front of people. Priorities for our events are to give people a great experience, teach a little, and execute a fantastic meal. Since we do a lot of high end meals on the weekends and our focus is teaching + techniques, we require formal culinary training and solid restaurant experience. Our chefs call our kitchen their "happy place" - come have some fun!
