Full-Time / Part-Time We are looking for an experienced and reliable Sushi Roller to join our team at a busy Japanese restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong sushi rolling skills, work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, including traditional and specialty rolls.
• Ensure consistent quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain an organized sushi station.
• Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and minimize food waste.
• Work closely with sushi chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sushi Roller in a Japanese restaurant is preferred.
• Strong sushi rolling skills and knife-handling abilities.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume restaurant.
• Knowledge of sushi ingredients, preparation techniques, and food safety.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and a team player.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
