We serve breakfast and lunch in our cafe. We also have groceries, vitamins, supplements, and produce. We are a one stop shop and we love being able to serve the great city of Lafayette! Job Overview As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of culinary activities. Duties

Assist in kitchen management and daily operations
Lead and supervise kitchen staff during shifts
Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning and development
Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies
Ensure high standards of food handling and sanitation practices
Oversee and maintain quality and consistency in food preparation Some of our best cooks come from being a great cook at home, so we welcome all applicants to apply no matter what your experience is.
