We serve breakfast and lunch in our cafe. We also have groceries, vitamins, supplements, and produce. We are a one stop shop and we love being able to serve the great city of Lafayette! Job Overview As a Lead Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen to ensure the smooth operation of culinary activities. Duties
  • Assist in kitchen management and daily operations
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff during shifts
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning and development
  • Bring creativity and new meals to our kitchen.
  • Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies
  • Ensure high standards of food handling and sanitation practices
  • Oversee shift management and maintain quality and consistency in food preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff on culinary techniques and safety procedures Some of our best cooks come from being a great cook at home, so we welcome all applicants to apply no matter what your experience is.
