Job Description

Now Hiring - Chef Gretchen's Bistro is seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Chef to join our culinary team.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily kitchen operations Prepare and present high-quality dishes Manage inventory and food cost control Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Train and support kitchen staff Ensure consistency, quality, and food safety standards

Qualifications:

Previous professional kitchen experience (fine dining preferred) Strong leadership and kitchen management skills Inventory management experience Excellent organizational and cleaning skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Available to work full-time, including evenings and weekends If you're passionate about great food, leadership, and delivering exceptional dining experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
